Returns Policy

Customers are able to return unused and undamaged items within 14 days after the shipment was received for a full refund of their purchase. We do not provide a refund or returns for sticker, decals or the brand plate. SHITI Coolers is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received (within the 14 day timeframe), you will receive a full refund directly to the payment method used at time of checkout. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be credited back to the payment method used on the order. To request a return, please visit our returns portal.

You may exchange a product for a new size or another product of equal value (ie: a different style hat or shirt). SHITI Coolers does not pay the shipping for exchanges. Once the item is received the exchanged item will be sent out.

If an item is received and is damaged or defective please email support@shiticoolers.com immediately with a description of the issue and any photos of the damaged/defective items. Include your name, order number, and phone number.
